I have 3 pairs of women's blue jeans and a pair of overalls I purchased, loved, and wore in the 1970s and 1980s.  These pants are extremely well worn.  No holes, but fabric is worn through and some hems are gone. Hopefully, photos will show you the condition.
Also a pair of jeans I bought in the 2000s (I think).
Measurements are close but may be off an inch.  I’ll send more photos if requested.
1) Wrangler size 18. This may be boys size 18.  (I was quite thin when I wore these). 28” inseam. 28” waist. Two rear pockets, two front pockets, zipper and snap. Straight leg.
2) Levi’s; no size on jeans. 32” inseam. 30” waist. Two rear pockets, two front pockets and coin pocket, zipper and button. Flare leg. These look too big for me; probably from my sister and probably from the same time period.
3) Wrangler; no size information; this looks a little newer so maybe from the 1980s? 29” inseam. 28” waist. Two rear pockets, two front pockets, coin pocket, zipper and button. Straight leg.
4) Washington Dee-Cee overalls. Unisex? No size on them, but I was 115 pounds, 5’3” when I wore them. 28” inseam. Small blotches of paint.
5). Gap flare stretch jeans; from the 2000s? Size 10. 29” inseam. 33” hips. Two rear pockets, two front pockets, coin pocket, zipper and button. Bootcut leg.
