Perennial plants will die over winter but come back the following year, so please do not worry if you see your plants dying off during the winter months.

What Plants Are Included

Achillea - commonly known as yarrow, is a hardy perennial flower with many different vibrant colours which provide clusters of feathery, flat topped flower heads. They are perfect for anywhere, especially great for seaside gardens and living on the coast!  

Cupid’s Dart - a herbaceous perennial with upright, grassy stems which hold sweet blue flowers. These can grow up to 60cm in height, enjoy full sun and moist, well-drained soil. They flower in summer and autumn and provide foliage from spring to autumn. 

Campanula Blue - clump-forming herbaceous perennial flowers which grow with upright stems with little bell shaped flowers that bloom in summer. They are easy to grow and are evergreen so they have foliage throughout the year. They can reach heights of 0.1–0.5 metres and spread up to 0.5 metres over a few years.

Liatris Pink - a clump-forming perennial which provides beautiful, pink, fluffy flowers which can grow up to 90cm tall! They flower from summer to autumn and thrive in full sun and moist, well drained soil.

Common English Lavender - a beautiful, aromatic, plant providing purple flowers. They are happy in a sunny position with well drained soil but do not like lots of shade and wet, freezing soil.
