CONDITION AND TESTING

- The built-in self-test has been completed successfully and the display shows SELF TEST PASS.
- The front-panel keys and indicators appear to respond during the basic power-on and self-test procedure.
- Calibration has expired.
- No current calibration certificate is supplied.
- A full metrological verification of every input, measurement range, interface and function has not been carried out.
Because this is vintage professional test equipment, buyers who require traceable or certified accuracy should have the instrument inspected and calibrated by a qualified laboratory before critical use.
COSMETIC CONDITION
