Note: The failure, flickering, or complete non-operation of the headlight chip is mainly caused by long-term high-temperature operation, voltage fluctuations, and electronic component aging.  For minor flickering issues, you can first check the heat dissipation and wiring connections; for severe non-operation or persistent faults, please replace one set (headlight LED driver chip). This is the best solution to solve the problem.

Note: The aging, brightness attenuation, and uneven light transmission of the headlight guide strip are mainly caused by long-term exposure to high temperature, UV radiation, and mechanical vibration. 
There is a 70% chance that the guide strip will experience material fatigue leading to uneven light output, and a 30% chance of damage from external impact or improper installation. 
For minor brightness reduction, professional polishing and sealing can be considered; 
for severe aging, cracking, or complete loss of light transmission, please replace one set (headlight guide strip). 
This is the most reliable solution to restore the headlight's appearance and function.

How to replace:
1: Remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle (refer to the vehicle's maintenance manual for specific steps) and disassemble the headlight housing to access the original guide strip.
2: Carefully pry off the original guide strip from the mounting bracket, taking care not to damage the surrounding LED modules or wiring. Clean the mounting area of residual adhesive and debris.
3: Apply a thin, even layer of automotive-grade structural adhesive to the mounting points of the new guide strip, ensuring full contact with the bracket.
4: Align the new guide strip with the original mounting position and press it firmly into place. Use clamps or tape to secure it temporarily until the adhesive cures completely.
5: Reassemble the headlight housing and reinstall the assembly into the vehicle. Test the headlight function to confirm normal operation. No programming required.

NOTE: 
This product must be installed using automotive-grade structural adhesive and sealed properly to prevent moisture ingress. 
This is the best way to ensure the longevity and light transmission performance of the guide strip.
