📐 How to Install (Typical)
  1. Drill / use existing counter-bored hole in the rail/frame (commonly ~35–40 mm diameter for luna washer clearance) .
  2. Screw the M8 threaded insert nut into the timber / leg / rail.
  3. Insert the half-moon washer into the recess and pass the connector bolt through.
  4. Engage the bolt into the insert nut, add the hex nut on the other side, and tighten with a suitable spanner / Allen key to pull the joint solid .
