Early 20th-century Z.S. & Co. Bavaria porcelain portrait vase by Zeh, Scherzer & Co., measuring approximately 7-3/4” tall. The front features a finely rendered portrait of a woman surrounded by purple flowers, framed with extensive gilt decoration. The neck is richly decorated with deep red enamel flowers, turquoise-blue jewel-like accents, raised white enamel dots, and additional gold floral detailing around the body.

Good antique condition overall with visible age-related wear to the gilding, especially around the upper rim and other exposed edges. There is also a very small, tight hairline crack extending inward from the upper rim, shown clearly in the photos. No large chips or major structural cracks are visible. The portrait and colored enamel decoration remain strong and display very well.

Marked on the underside “Z.S. & Co Bavaria,” identifying Zeh, Scherzer & Co. of Rehau, Bavaria, Germany. Based on the mark and decoration, this piece dates to approximately 1900–1918.
