Most Air Suspension Compressor failures are caused by a compressor being overworked or running more than it's supposed to.

Leaking Air Struts and Springs are often the cause of a compressor overworking, but there can be leaks elsewhere in the system and all leaks must be located and fixed before replacing the Air Compressor.

Failing to repair the cause of an an existing leak will cause the Air Compressor to work longer than it should and shorten it's lifespan.

This item is a direct replacement for the AMK type compressor. It will fit Discovery 4 and some Discovery 3 which have had the software upgrade.
