The tags have been removed, but after some research I did confirm this is a Sandy Starkman piece. It’s 80% silk, 20% Rayon.

In good condition! There are some signs of wear, including a missing button loop. You can still button the jacket through the crochet along the edge, there are button-holes crocheted in as well.
