Welcome!  This is a lovely Patricia Nash Empoli hand bag in the Caribbean blue color.  Very nice.  It is new with unattached tag.  There is a little wear on the shoulder strap just from handling.  It has never been used or carried.  The leather trim on the strap is just too thin and had come off in one spot.  It has been touched up.
