A wonderfully sculptural design, combining a broad circular base and dramatic conical candle holder in highly polished stainless steel with a distinctive gilded textured stem. The contrast between the cool reflective steel and warm gold-toned stem is particularly effective, while the clean geometric form gives the piece a strong Modernist presence.
The base retains its original plastic covering with raised moulded lettering reading VINERS STAINLESS STEEL DESIGNED BY STUART DEVLIN SHEFFIELD ENGLAND, clearly identifying both the maker and designer.
