This is a rare piece made by 4D Art Limited out of England.  Excellent condition.  These are one of a kind pieces finished by hand, not by machine.  Heavy and very cute.  I think it is a heavy porcelain with resin added?  It is not a cheap resin piece- it is NICE.  Adorable and in excellent condition.  Super cute.  This belonged to my aunt- a collector of art in the 1980's and 90's.    THIS SHIPS TO USA ONLY PLEASE.
