How to prepare:
1. The mushrooms can be rehydrated by soaking in fresh drinking water for 30minutes
2.Once soaked, take the mushrooms and squeeze out all of the excess liquid from each piece until they are dry.
3. Place the mushrooms back into fresh water for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Give them a final squeeze to remove all the liquid.
5. Once rehydrated they can be fried, sautéed, broiled, grilled, added to recipes, etc.
You can also grind the dry product into powder to add to smoothies, soups , etc.
