Artwork Requirements
These requirements apply when you select I'll send my print-ready file
Use CMYK colour mode
Resolution of at least 300 dpi
Add 3 mm bleed and keep all important content within the 3 mm safety margin
Minimum font size 6 pt
Artwork size with bleed 91 x 61 mm
Supply your artwork as a full 91 x 61 mm rectangular file including bleed
Do not round the corners of your artwork — the rounded corners are applied during production
Keep important text, logos and design elements safely inside the trim area and away from the rounded corners
Supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF, JPG or PNG file
Low-resolution or blurry images will be printed exactly as supplied
We do not spell-check artwork
We are not responsible for printing issues caused by incorrect, low-quality, RGB, or improperly sized files supplied by the buyer

A proof will be sent to you for checking and approval before printing

If you selected I'll send my print-ready file, send us your completed artwork. If you selected Create design for me, send us your logo, text, contact details, preferred colours and any other information you would like included
❸ Artwork Check or Design Approval
Print-ready files will receive our Free Artwork Check and, if suitable, will be sent straight to print. For design orders, we will create your business card design and send you a proof for approval before printing

ARTWORK & DESIGN APPROVAL
For print-ready orders, customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, contact details and other content before submitting their files
For design orders, customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving the final proof before printing
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or we have made a production error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue
