New with box! Rain boots of this quality, particularly with memory foam and support are hard to come by!

The shoes have never been worn. One boot has a factory flaw - small black mark shown in photo, there are some wipe away scuffs that are also small factory flaws not from wear. The box has slight shipping damage also.
