Authentic Antique Swedish Tile Stove Insert Doors (Kakelugnsluckor)

Manufactured in Sweden by I. Söderbäck, Eskilstuna

Dates to the Late 19th to Early 20th Century (circa 1890–1920)

Constructed with a heavy Cast Iron Frame and Inner Vent Doors with decorative Polished Brass Outer Front Doors

Originally mounted into the front of a traditional Swedish tiled ceramic stove (Kakelugn) to control airflow and contain heat/embers

Measures approximately 16" x 12.5"

Features original latch mechanism, hinges, and sliding damper control vents

Displays a wonderful Natural Aged Patina with light surface rust on the iron back consistent with age and historic use
