There are multiple areas of damage—such as scuffs and scratches—on the toes and uppers of both shoes.

Notably, the leather surface on the left shoe's upper is peeling.

Other issues include rust on the buckles, a scratch on the inner side of the right shoe, and cracking of the leather along the collar (opening) of both shoes, with some areas of the leather peeling off at the edges.
