Framed set of hand-coloured engravings believed to be pages taken from a comic Alphabet Book by George Cruikshank published in 1836.
Framed in a comic strip format spelling out the name WILLIAM. There are a few minor age-related marks to the blue card border and the frame corners aren't perfect but generally the picture is in great condition and this does not distract from its overall look.
A really fun and quirky picture especially if your name is Bill or William.
Approximately 700mm long by 235mm high & 15mm deep.
