Note: The light attenuation, color temperature shift, or complete failure of the headlight light source module is mainly caused by long-term high-temperature operation, LED chip aging, and poor heat dissipation. 
There is a 70% chance that the light source module will be damaged due to LED chip degradation leading to reduced brightness, and a 30% chance of failure due to thermal burnout or wiring issues. 
For minor light attenuation, you can first check the heat dissipation condition and driver module connections; for severe color shift, complete non-operation, or persistent faults, please replace one set (headlight light source module). 
This is the best solution to restore the headlight's luminous efficiency and performance.

How to replace:
1: Remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle (refer to the vehicle's maintenance manual for specific steps) and disassemble the headlight housing with a plastic pry tool to access the original light source module (take care to avoid scratching the headlight housing surface).
2: Disconnect the wiring harness from the original light source module, then unscrew or pry the module from the heat sink. Clean the heat sink surface of any residual thermal conductive silicone, dust, or debris.
3: Apply a thin, even layer of high-quality thermal conductive silicone to the back of the new light source module (ensure the LED substrate is in full contact with the heat sink for effective heat dissipation).
4: Align the new light source module with the original mounting position on the heat sink, secure it with screws or clips, and reconnect the wiring harness, ensuring all connections are tight and free of corrosion.
5: Reassemble the headlight housing and press it firmly into place, then reinstall the headlight assembly into the vehicle. Test the headlight function to confirm normal operation, including brightness, color consistency, and adaptive lighting features. No programming required.

NOTE: This product must be installed with sufficient thermal conductive silicone and ensure full contact with the heat sink.
