Application
The product is suitable for cylindrical and conical products made of plastic, glass, metal, and other materials, such as wine bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, mugs, thermos cups, beer mugs, red wine glasses, glass tubes, fountain pens, ballpoint pens, fishing rods, bats and other items.
How to Use:
1. Mount the screen plate and adjust the lower support base until the screen plate is horizontal.
2. Install the screen frame pull handle.
3. Install the scraper and adjust the scraper 0.39-0.79in away from the pattern.
4. Adjust the position of the substrate printing frame and roller bearings and then place the substrate (the distance between the top of the substrate and the stencil is 0.04-0.12in), and make the top of the substrate and the bottom of the scraper aligned.
5. Adjust the screen plate's distance positioning knob according to the left and right dimensions of the pattern.
6. Put ink into the screen frame.
7. Press the scraper with your left hand (or right hand) and pull the handle on the screen frame with your right hand (or left hand) to print.
