Domestic packages are shipped via USPS. International packages are shipped via Ebay International Shipping, and buyer is responsible for any custom fees. Items that sell for over $2500 cannot be shipped via Ebay International Shipping - buyer will have to make arrangements with a Customs Broker or make arrangements for payment and shipping with a carrier like UPS or FEDEX which handle customs processing.
