Ⅰ 1. When disassembling the steering pump of the original car,drain the
original old hydraulic oil at the same time.
2.Clean the oil can and the oil pipe, check whether the oilcan is
damaged,check whether the filter of the oil can isblocked,check whether
the oil inlet hose is hardened andaging, prohibit the oil with impurities, and
prohibit the oil fromturning black and opaque
Ⅱ 1.When installing the steering pump,you must lock the oilinlet pipe clamp
and check whether it is firmly to prevent airintake.
2.Replace the sealing ring of the high pressure oil pipelinking the steering
pump to prevent oil leakage, resulting inmisjudgment of oil leakage from
the steering pump.
Ⅲ note! Follow the process
1. Instali the steering pump
2. Fill the oil pot with oil,
3. After starting the engine, do not turn the steering wheelLet the steering
pump circulate the oil by itself. Observe theoil in the tank and replenish the
oil in time until the properlevel is reached.After the installation is complete,
turn thesteering wheel at last.

before installation, be sure to clean the oil pot and oil pipe. lfthere are impurities, after the car is running, the impurities inthe oil pot and oil pipe will enter the steering pump, resultingin the pump not working.
