Size: 4 (fits 12-16). I am a 8 and it’s just a bit too large on my neck/shoulder area so a 12-14 should be a perfect fit. There are no measurements as the under dress is a simple black knit slip dress. (Very stretchy). The chiffon overlay has slits up the sides so it too accommodates many shapes and sizes too)

Worn twice (college graduation for one wear- it was perfect)
