This 100% Cotton Twill Cycling cap is sewn in the Classic “Sports" cycling cap style. The dome is composed of 3 panels, one long rectangular center panel with 2 "half moon" sides. The inner 5/8" twill cloth sweatband is sewn all the way around and there is a 3" long elastic only in the back, inside the sweatband. The visor top and bottom are the same material as the dome and the inner piece is made of RECYCLED Plastic HDP, High Density Polyethylene, not cardboard. 

All caps are silkscreened with environmentally safe and friendly waterbased inks ! No transfers or iron-ons !! - 100% Made in the USA by Pace Sportswear !!
