ABOUT OUR GUPPIES

Guppies are one of the most colorful and enjoyable freshwater fish in the aquarium hobby. They are active, peaceful, easy to appreciate, and are a great choice for planted aquariums and community tanks with other non-aggressive tankmates.

Our guppies are carefully monitored before shipment and professionally packed for transportation. Because these are live animals, coloration, pattern, fin shape, body shape and size may naturally vary. Listing photos represent the strain or variety being offered unless otherwise stated.

RECOMMENDED GUPPY WATER PARAMETERS

PROPER ACCLIMATION IS IMPORTANT

Please make sure your aquarium is fully cycled and stable before introducing new guppies. Temperature, pH, GH, KH and TDS may vary between our holding systems and your aquarium, so new livestock should always be properly acclimated before release.

Do not release shipping water directly into your aquarium when it can be avoided.

LIVE FISH SHIPPING

Every live animal is carefully inspected before shipment. Our guppies are professionally packed using appropriate fish bags, insulation and packing materials to help protect them during transportation.

Shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to extreme temperatures, severe weather, carrier disruptions or holiday schedules.

The health and safety of our livestock always comes first.

LIVE ARRIVAL & DOA POLICY

Please inspect your livestock immediately after delivery.

If livestock arrives DOA, contact us through eBay Messages as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the deceased livestock inside the original unopened shipping bag, including the shipping label when requested.

Please do not discard the livestock, shipping bag or original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without adequate DOA documentation.
