BOSTWICK CONSISTOMETER 304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL
consistometer is made of stainless steel grade 304. There are two chambers . One is square for keeping the liquid . Its size is three inches by three inches . The other chamber is 24 cm long graduated inside and both the chambers are separated with a gate. This long chamber is have a taper at the end. At the end two level screws are there for leveling the consistometer. At the front a spirit level is fixed .The gate is operated with the help of levers . This is used to measure the density of sauces.
