GAME PLAN HOW THIS TEAM WORKS
Sand is the engine. Tyranitar's Sand Stream starts sand the moment it enters, even if you never Mega it. In sand, Excadrill's Sand Rush doubles its Speed — that's the win condition. Sinistcha's Rage Powder lets Excadrill attack without eating both hits. Milotic's Icy Wind slows the opponent down, and Haze wipes away Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, or Shell Smash boosts. Gholdengo is status-proof (Good as Gold) special damage, and Mega Staraptor is your other Mega — Intimidate plus Tailwind for whenever you don't Mega Tyranitar.
Note: Only one Mega Evolution per team. If you Mega Staraptor for Tailwind, Tyranitar still sets sand un-Mega'd — you just skip the extra bulk.

WIN CONDITIONS
How You Win
1 Keep sand up. Excadrill outruns the format and clicks Iron Head / Earthquake.
2 Chip, then Gholdengo Make It Rain or Staraptor Brave Bird.
3 Stall the break with Milotic + Sinistcha if they can't get through Good as Gold.
CAUTION WATCH OUT FOR
Rain overwrites sand: Excadrill is no longer fast. Switch to Staraptor Tailwind + Gholdengo / Milotic.
Fighting is 4x on Tyranitar, Fairy is 2x: Iron Head and Make It Rain are the answers.
Fake Out on Excadrill turn 1: Protect Drill, or lead Rage Powder instead.
Wide Guard: Blanks Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Make It Rain.
Open Team Sheet: Opponents can see Haze on your list — they may not set up into Milotic knowing it's there.
