Ed - got both amps done, they sound great.  Do you have a recommended bias current for the Exicons?

Ed - well, after some time accumulating the exact parts I needed, I've completely rebuilt one of two monoblocks.  I put one on the bench and ran it into an 8 ohm load.  So far, everything is working flawlessly - I haven't detected any oscillations, instabilities, etc.  Things measure cleanly on the scope -  Residual noise seems low on the scope.

Installed the transistors you sent me into my XL280.
Output looks very good. I think performance on a square wave might be slightly better than original fets. If they weren't so expensive, I'd buy more :)

Hello Ed: I just fitted your capacitor upgrade kit on the DH-200, Wow what
an incredible difference, one channel had even different components than the
other, your kit really did the job. I also fitted the Exicon set to the
other channel.
Thanks again for your parts and help, super happy the Hafler sounds superb.

Ed: Oh boy, I just did one side and will be testing it out shortly, the bias set up just fine.
I have just now put through payment for another set to complete the other channel.
Can you confirm if the same Exicon MosFet can be used on the P-225 Hafler, I have just received this P-225 Amp and have not even opened it up.

 I recieved the mosfets today and installed them. I was nervous about the outcome based on the previous owners experience when he changed them out. Regardless, it seems to be working flawlessly.

Feel free to add my experience to your list. I, too, am glad there is an up-to-date replacement.
