Vintage Chouinard Zero ice hammer / ice axe.
This is a rare vintage climbing tool marked “Chouinard Zero” on one side of the head.
The opposite side is marked “CAMP,” “INTERALP,” and “Made in Italy Premana.”
It has a wooden shaft and a technical hammer-style head with a serrated curved pick.
The form is strongly associated with early technical ice climbing tools from the Chouinard / CAMP / Interalp era.
Please note that the item itself is marked “Chouinard Zero,” but “North Wall” is not marked on the item.
