You are looking at a 1:43 McLaren-Mercedes MCL39 2025 British Grand Prix resin model of reigning 2025 Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris - made by resin and diecast model manufacturer Minichamps (Product Code: 537 256604).  

The 2025 British Grand Prix, expected to be an all-McLaren affair in keeping with the theme of the season, would be gatecrashed in Qualifying by an exceptional performance from reigning World Champion Max Verstappen in a lower-downforce spec Red Bull RB21.  Come race day and within a few laps, the McLarens took control of proceedings with Norris tailing leader Oscar Piastri and Verstappen before a Safety Car was deployed for the heavy rain that deluged the track on Lap 14.  Another Safety Car would come out on Lap 21, this time for Isack Hadjar's crash at Copse when unsighted behind Andrea Antonelli's Mercedes. 

Norris would resume in second after Max Verstappen spun his Red Bull on the restart to give chase to teammate Piastri, only for the Australian to be slapped with a ten-second time penalty for braking erratically before the restart from the second Safety Car period.  This handed Norris the lead and an easy stroll to take a first home victory at Silverstone, finishing seven seconds ahead of Oscar to close back to just eight points behind the championship leader, in a race famous for Nico Hulkenberg's first F1 podium finish in Formula 1 at the 239th attempt.

The model features the title-winning McLaren-Mercedes MCL39 which Lando drove to that third place at the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to win his first F1 championship.  It is Edition #263 of the long-running Minichamps 1:43 F1 McLaren Collection with the new Papaya coloured style inlay used from the 1:43 MCL39 Monaco GP specials onwards.  It features the MCL39 with its "Google Chrome" 2025 livery used on the engine cover, front nose and sidepods of the MCL39 from the Silverstone event, and comes with factory applied VELO vape logos on the sidepods and the rear wing. 

The model and lid are both in new condition and comes with a cellophane sleeve.
