Fujinon HA13x4.5BERM-M58B 2/3" B4 mount HD broadcast wide angle lens does not include a sunshade any lens caps. The front of the lens has one small pit mark in the center portion of the glass.  Does not show up in the image, but we want to note it.  Otherwise, it is in working order and shows signs of use, including wear, scratches, and scuff marks on the lens body.  Please see photos for condition
