charming vintage econolite motion lamp in good working condition. inner shade spins properly and motion effect looks really good. 

there has been some repair to the inner part of the shade at some point - likely due to some warping/shrinkage of the plastic over time which is common with these lamps. it looks like the inner part of the shade has been slit and then put back into place. It doesn't really affect the working of the lamp, but it does cause one small area to be brighter than the rest because of the slit in the inner shade. Please check pics and video.

Overall very good condition for a 70 year old lamp!
