• lovely hand painted Nippon porcelain plate or shallow bowl
• from Japan circa 1891 to 1921
• Black Famille Noire ground w/ central Peonies & Roses w/ green leaves & vines
• black & yellow striped border
• makers mark hand painted on base
• measures 10 3/4" in length, 7" at the base & 1 3/4" in height
