These tires were manufactured back in the 1980's especially for the now vintage Tamiya RC Cars such as the Sand Scorcher, Super Champ, etc. They were designed specifically to fit the Tamiya 1.5" 3-piece wheels. The Tamiya wheel fits tight and snug inside the tires.
