I'm very happy to combine postage. However, Ebay now insist that Private Sellers use their ‘Simple Delivery’ service - and it isn’t simple! If you would like more than one magazine, please use the 'add to basket' option for each one first, rather than 'buy it now'. If you're not sure how to do this, I'd be very happy to help.

This size of magazine is usually a Large Letter, but about four of them make a Small Parcel. However, there’s still quite a useful saving to be made.

Another suggestion. If more than one magazine looks interesting, it might be worth asking me to put them together into just one group. It could save you money on 'buyer protection' charges, as well as combining postage?

Here is the Radio Times for 17-23 August 1985. This is the National Edition (NE) edition, sold originally for 30p.

The cover features 'the Jarrow Arrow', Steve Cram, who spearheads the British challenge for the Europa Athletics cup. There's a two-page profile inside

  • a three-page feature on the RAF band at Rheindahlen, on the road only six months after a horrific motorway crash
  • the letters pages include a whole series on Pirate Radio 4, the Doctor Who adventure that formed part of it and the dismay at the 18 month gap in production of the tv version
  • Deryck Guyler looks back on his extraordinary career, over 6000 broadcasts, in a radio retrospective, Guyler Galore - half page feature
  • Brian Matthew and Russell Harty broadcast from the Edinburgh Festival - two pages
  • writer Stephen Lowe brings the world of the seaside postcard to life in Kisses on the Bottom. A two-page preview includes pictures of cast members Judy Cornwell, Max Hefler, Hetty Haynes and Peter Benson

Full listings are given for all BBC radio and tv programmes.

The magazine is in good condition, clean and flat with no clippings or annotations.

The magazine will be posted in a protective comic bag, inside a new Jiffy Airkraft padded envelope, protected by card stiffeners.
