I'm very happy to combine
postage. However, Ebay now insist that Private Sellers use their ‘Simple
Delivery’ service - and it isn’t simple! If you would like more than one
magazine, please use the 'add to basket' option for each one first, rather than
'buy it now'. If you're not sure how to do this, I'd be very happy to help. I
should be able to send at least eight Radio Times (in the UK) for the same
price as one.
Another suggestion. If more than
one magazine looks interesting, it might be worth asking me to put them
together into just one group. It could save you money on 'buyer protection'
charges, as well as combining postage? Here is the Radio Times for 15-21 September 1973. This
is the Midlands edition, sold originally for 5p. The cover features David Dimbleby, who has his own 'at large'
style series, Reporter at Large, returning that week. There’s a
page-and-a-half feature inside. other features inside include: ·
A one-page interview with Lulu,
who is staying in Scarborough with her mother, sister and brother during the
summer season. She has her own tv series, It’s Lulu, on Saturday evening ·
a two-page piece
on Jimmy Hill and young trainee footballers ·
two pages on people
living in 'legendary' places eg Glastonbury and the Shetlands ·
a one-page
interview with entertainment legend Bruce Forsyth ·
David Leland and
Gabrielle Lloyd star in the Alexander Solzhenitsyn drama ‘The Love Girl and
the Innocent’ – there’s a three-page preview ·
Short pieces on Margaret
Nolan, Joan Aiken and Arnold Wesker
Please see the pictures, all from the magazine offered for sale. The magazine will be posted
in a protective comic bag, inside a new Jiffy Airkraft padded envelope,
protected by card stiffeners. |
