I'm very happy to combine postage. However, Ebay now insist that Private Sellers use their ‘Simple Delivery’ service - and it isn’t simple! If you would like more than one magazine, please use the 'add to basket' option for each one first, rather than 'buy it now'. If you're not sure how to do this, I'd be very happy to help. I should be able to send at least eight Radio Times (in the UK) for the same price as one.

Another suggestion. If more than one magazine looks interesting, it might be worth asking me to put them together into just one group. It could save you money on 'buyer protection' charges, as well as combining postage?

Here is the Radio Times for 9-15 August 1975. This is the North edition, sold originally for 10p.

The cover features the quest to find the best home-grown food in the British Isles. The series, A Taste of Britain, has a four-page feature inside, highlighting some of the farmers and cooks keeping the quality high.

 features inside include:

  • a two-page feature on the work going on in Northumberland to develop Kielder Forest. It's still going strong now - and so are the midgies!
  • a page and a half with leading composer Hans Werner Henze

  • a two-page look at last season's FA Cup winners West Ham United and their then manager, Ron Greenwood

The magazine is in good condition, clean and flat, with no clippings or annotations.

In common with many copies from this era, there's some light transfer of ink between colour pages and adjacent pages.

The magazine will be posted in a protective comic bag, inside a new Jiffy Airkraft padded envelope, protected by card stiffeners.
