Product Condition

Connected to a power supply and operation could be checked.
Audio output was checked by connecting to an amplifier.

　Pitch controllable respectively.

・Lifter works fine.

・There is a crack near the hinge of the dust cover.
　I repaired it using an adhesive called “Gorilla Glue

・I have replaced all the electrolytic capacitors on the circuit board to ensure long-term reliability.

・We disassembled the pitch adjustment potentiometer and removed the oxide film. We then applied grease to protect the contacts.




Unlike the PL-1200A, the PL-1200 does not come with a strobe light.
When adjusting the pitch, do so under fluorescent lighting. You can make adjustments by looking at the stripes engraved on the platter.
You will not be able to see the stripes under incandescent or LED lighting. Be sure to use fluorescent lighting.


Nowadays, there are also smartphone apps that can measure pitch, which you can use to fine-tune the turntable's pitch.

Main unit
The cartridge shown in the photo is included.
A stylus is also included and is in working condition.
It is the same one used in the video.

The stylus is used.
It is currently in working condition, but its remaining lifespan is unknown.


Searching for “Pioneer PN-110” on eBay will bring up replacement styluses (needles).



The audio equipment and phono equalizer shown in the video are for audio output confirmation purposes only and are not included in the product.




This is a used product that was sold and used in Japan.
For use outside of Japan, a step-down transformer or conversion plug may be required according to the electric power in each country.
Japan is 100V and the plug is type A.

Language setting changes are noted only when possible.
Basically, the display is in Japanese.




This product was released around 1974.
Although the operation and audio output have been confirmed, it is expected that maintenance will be required in the future.
Please purchase with this in mind.
