With the new shipping charges effective 7/20/26 where the USPS has significantly raised the shipping to "rural" zip codes my starting shipping will be $8.99 as I do not know if the buyer will be from a rural zip code.  If the buyer is not from a rural zip code I will refund $2.00 of the shipping back when the item ships.  I apologize for this but shipping fees are getting out of control.
