German Made, The piston works well drawing up ink and expelling it as it should, The turning knob works as it should and glides up and down with ease that said it will probably benefit from a full service, I suspect the nib unit will need to be exchanged and is probably clogged full of ink although it has been sonically cleaned, There appears to be a red hue on the barrel?, The pen comes with it's original cardboard display box and instructions. 

This pen is being sold as a restoration project.
