Shipping & Transaction Guidelines
I. International Logistics & Delivery Standards
Standard Shipping: Standard logistics to the United States is via SPEEDPAK at a flat rate of $9.99. Full tracking is provided, with an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited international logistics for the Greater China region is handled via DHL or FedEx.
High-Value Package Requirements:
Orders over $300: To ensure safety and prompt delivery, upgrading to expedited shipping is strongly recommended.
Orders over $800: Expedited shipping is mandatory, and the delivery address must require an adult signature upon receipt.
II. Package Security & Tamper-Evident Mechanism
Every package is sealed with exclusive tamper-evident tape. If you notice any damage to the tape or the word "VOID" appearing upon receipt, it indicates that the package may have been opened in transit. Please handle it with caution.
III. Auction & Sales Terms
Item Representation: All items are sold based on the auction title and the images provided.
Information Verification: If you find any discrepancies between the title and the images, please notify the seller before the auction ends to terminate the auction.
Dispute Resolution: If a discrepancy between the title and images is discovered after the auction ends, the seller reserves the right of final decision. The seller may choose to sell the cards as described in the title or cancel the order directly.
IV. Shipping & Combined Shipping Policy
Combined Shipping Surcharges:
Raw card savers or graded cards: An additional $2.00 per card.
Other regular cards: An additional $0.50 per card.
Special Combined Shipping Requests: For any additional combined shipping requests, please communicate via email in advance. The seller will reserve the items for you, but payment for orders placed within the preceding 3 days must be completed in advance. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the pre-collected amount, please email us after receipt to request a refund for the difference.
Handling Time: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after full payment is cleared.
Tax Notice for European Buyers: For packages shipped to Europe, the buyer is solely responsible for bearing and paying the Import VAT and Customs Duties. The system-calculated price after placing an order may be inaccurate; please wait for the price to be verified before making a payment.

Final Sale: All sales are final. International returns are not accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
