Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt but must be returned in an unused and perfect, re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging, with complete instructions, a full refund will be given less p&p charge. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately offering you the choice of an estimated dispatch date, the alternative of a full refund, or a similar / better product that the one ordered. Sorry but we cannot refund your return postage and advise that you get proof of postage with the return.
