 Offered for sale is this Griswold slant logo "ERIE", with raised inset heat ring, chrome-plated cast iron skillet, circa 1909 to 1929. Reference found on page 12 of The Book of Griswold & Wagner (blue book). Top rim measures 11-1/4 inches in diameter, standing 2-1/4 inches tall. It measures 12-1/8 inches wide from spout to spout and 16-1/8 inches long from end of handle across pan. This is in very good condition, with moderate chrome wear. There is no rust or rust pitting, and no chips cracks or repairs. It has been thoroughly cleaned and its inner cooking surface has been seasoned for cooking. It sits flat, with no wobble or spin.
