    All used tapestries we sell will be checked again for stains and scratches and disinfected with alcohol before shipping.
    If there are any noticeable stains or scratches that we have not noticed, we will contact you before shipping.
  4. About Lot Sale of Figures
    Even if a Lot Sale figure is a brand new, unused, unopened figure, in order to keep shipping costs down, we will open the package and ship it to you, so it will be sold as a used items.
    Once opened, we will carefully pack the items and ship it compactly, so we can offer it at a lower price than usual.
    The boxes will be folded and included in the package, but the blister pack will not be included.
    This is ideal for those who want to get a new figures at a discount, those who do not need the box to display the figures in a case, etc., and those who want to get a used figures but in good condition!
  5. About Figures Without Box 
    The entire piece will be disinfected with alcohol and then carefully packaged in bubble wrap one by one for shipping.
  6. About Plush toys
    Plush toys may be shipped slightly compressed to save on shipping costs. Please understand.
  7. About Hugging Pillow Cover
    We only sell used Hugging Pollow Covers that have not been used, even if they have been opened.
