This is a vintage Chrysler Parts 10,000 RPM tachometer. This tach is a real deal speed part from the late 60's-early 70's. It was made by Dixco for Mopar/Chrysler Parts. I believe the Mopar part number for this tach is 3514430. This is the early design with the needle "zero" adjuster on the dial of the tach. This tach is for 4, 6, and 8 cylinder, 12 volt applications. This is a direct connect tachometer. No sending unit is required. To hook up, you simply need 12 volt switched power, signal from the negative side of the coil, and a ground. This is an awesome true vintage tachometer.

This tach looks very nice overall as shown. The face is bright and chrisp with vibrant color. The lens is free of cracks and has no yellowing. There are a few scuffs on the lens between the 1,000 and 2,000 range that will polish out with some work. The adjustable RPM shift pointer adjusts well and stays where is it set. The front bezel is very nice as shown no dings, splits, and light chrome pitting/wear.  The cup/housing shines well with wear as expected from a gauge of this age. The mounting bracket and support rings are both in good unrestored shape with no breaks or modifications. The back of the tach is as clean as the front with both resistors intact..  This tach has been tested and works flawlessly throughout the RPM band with no sticking or hesitation. The last few pictures show this tach being tested with the indicator needle at different points on the dial. Don't miss this awesome true vintage period correct Chrysler Parts tachometer!

This is your chance to own the original Chrysler Parts tach you have been dreaming about at a GREAT PRICE.  Don't Miss Out!
