This is a open box, 100% complete, AUTOGRAPHED vintage original issue 1/24 scale 1986 IMSA / USRRC 23 Ford Mustang Cobra II 2 driven by Charlie Kemp PN: 394. I had the plate autographed myself. I sent Charlie the name plate in the mail, he called me on the phone, signed the plate and sent it back. This was YEARS ago, sometime around the year 2000 or so. I've kept it all these years and never gotten around to building this kit.
