This is superb jacket by Polo Ralph Lauren.

Thick cotton corduroy in an almost metallic looking blue.

Fully lined.

Single vent.

Working cuffs.

Three button closure. 2Roll3z

Overall good condition but it needs dry cleaning due to being stored incorrectly and the nap of the cord retaining some wrinkles etc. a good dry clean will sort this. Also a small dirt mark on the right cuff as shown.
