Set of 4 E.P.N.S. silver plate knives.  They measure about 6 1/2" long.  The handles appear to made of some type of plastic.  They need to be polished and show normal wear and surface scratches from use.

There is a bit of cracking on the handles.

I am not sure of the age of the knives. If you know I would greatly appreciate a message.
