The 2023 is considered more collectible and less are in issue given the Queen passed away and so they only minted coins with her on them for a number of months that year before changing to King Charles design.   Also a strong demand for this year and many investors/collectors what it for their collections.

The coins are in bullion condition - not mint.  They are a few years old now and so can show some signs of age, tranishing but there are no obvious scratches nor dents on the coins.  

Given this is bullion, then under consumer rights act, the buyer is not entitled to return these items (since the price of silver will move and the base price will therefore change each day). 

I have a few of each for sale, so listing a couple of them along with other coins from my collection.
