Description

There are many watches that are restricted to sale only in Japan, but they are often the most interesting! The Casio "Overland" series is exclusive to Japan as the Wave ceptor will only receive signals from Japan. But they are very nice watches and unlike anything you can buy overseas! This is the OVW-100BJ, it is a wave ceptor solar watch with a very bright LED illumination. It is a very high quality watch, military style watch is very popular in Japan. If you like rare watch models, this is a good choice as it is very difficult to buy even in Japan, most models are out of stock!

This watch still has the original bracelet from the sale! Usually, these straps do not survive in good condition, so it is rare to see it still with the watch!

This watch can only receive Japan radio signals. Please see the Q&A section for how to receive UK Radio signals.

Condition

This is a used watch. It is in very good condition. The glass is in perfect condition! The case is in very good used condition, with expected soft scratches and marks due to use. The strap is in good condition with acceptable wear. Please may you refer to the images for a full description.

Function

The watch has been checked for function and is working properly and keeps good time. It is possible to use wave ceptor functionality by recreating a radio signal with Japanese callsign. The battery has not been replaced as it is solar watch. The case and the strap have been cleaned thoroughly. Due to age of the device we cannot guarantee same waterproofing as when new. Please proceed with caution.
