00-07 KTM 400 450 520 525 RFS OEM Timing Guides Tensioner Bolts

Genuine OEM timing-chain guide and tensioner set removed from a 2002 KTM 520 SX. The tensioner has not been bench-tested after removal. Used condition with normal signs of previous engine use.

Timing chain, tensioner gasket, camshaft gear, and additional timing components are not included.

🔧 Condition

Used OEM condition.

The guides may have polishing, contact marks, discoloration, scratches, and normal wear from the timing chain. Inspect all photos closely for the exact condition of the guide surfaces, mounting holes, spacers, bolts, tensioner housing, and plunger.

The automatic tensioner has not been bench-tested after removal. All components should be cleaned, measured, and inspected before installation.

A new timing chain and tensioner gasket are recommended when servicing the timing system.
